Life update and kids

9/9/25

 Canyon is nearly 21 months old. He has been a joy in our family. He is so present on the moment when he plays and finds interests in toys, and knows what he wants and needs. He is talking like a champ and I love watching him do his clunky run. He has very heavy feet when he runs. Today. when creighton came home, Canyon ran up to him and said "Dada!" and hugged his legs. He had whispy blond hair that goes down to the bottom of his neck and down to his eyebrows. Its very light, almost whilte blonde. He has teeth like Lily's as a baby. He will bring you a cup and says "I want wawa" but the I want is slurred. HE says:

"Eat"

Up, up, up

Ready, set, go! 

Mama, dada, DaDAaaa! 

Dadodado doo! Yay Didi! 

Cow says MOO! slurred with the moo pronounced 

Up Up..= down and up

Mee Mama: Please mama

Help me please

DODO: means he wants what ever you have or milk

His face is very expressive when he gets upset. It turns colors from it light ivory tanish color to red. With a wide open mouth and sqinted eyes. He nurses morning and night. I really appreciate these bonding moments with him. His first thing in the morning is mommy's milk and he scratches and squeezes my breasts. and Looks at me with these big blue eyes. so innocoent and focused. 

He is a wanderer. He loves to go outside and walk around and explore. Its a bit of side to side wobble. He'll get frustrated if he wants to go outside and you don't let him. He picks weeds and hands them tow ne. He loves to now pick up the protien powder containers and bring them all to me. 

Iris: 

She is 10 years old and very perceptive. She has the heart of a pixie. She has really big emotions, and she is also very imaginative, social, and creative. She is starting the violin and I hope she finds joy in it. 

Lily:

She has so many firsts! In the last few months, she wore her first bra, went to girls camp, went to the tample for the the first time, and going to Jr high! She smiles again! SHeis the best big sisier to canyon. 

River: 

He is in 1st grade, and redoing 2nd year of LPM. we have the same bedtime routine and still wants me to sing him twinkle little star. He plas a aluaghs with Lily for hours. He loves to plat with friends and is very silly and like rwrestling with daddy and playing video games. 

Juniper: 

SHe is 8 years old. She is growing up and very set on what she likes to wear. Not jeans and not jean shorts. that's for sure. SHe wants to do karate. SHe is still quite senstive and often gets called "whiny" but she is strong and wuick to make friends.
